The Hames Room is one large 99'X 56' room, which can be divided into three smaller 33'X 56' rooms by moveable walls. Various setups can be incorporated for use in these rooms.
Sodexho provides all catering for the Convocation Center. The catering operation features an in-house kitchen which offers a complete menu, from coffee and soft drinks and donuts needed for a break, to a full banquet meal. A complete line of audio-visual and other equipment is also available for use.
